During this 4 days tour we will discover the best things to do in Morocco, from Tangier to Marrakech via Merzouga Desert. Explore the blue jewel of Morocco (Chefchaouen), ride your camel into the deep and high Erg chebbi dunes including an overnight in the desert camp. Visit the UNESCO world heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, hike in the Todra and the Dades gorges then finish your tour in one of Morocco’s imperial cities (Marrakech).

1st Day : Tangier – Chefchaouen – Fes

After we met you at the place that we had agreed upon, we will drive through the Rif mountains. Passing by Tetoun city to enjoy the views of the beautiful mountains till we get to Chefchaouan one of the stunning villages in the feet of Rif mountains. In the first place, Chefchaouen medina had a Spanish-style square surrounded by many funky arts and crafts stores, roof-top restaurants and cafes where you will have lunch. Before we continue our way to Fes where we will spend the night in traditional Moroccan riad.

2nd Day : Fes – Ifrane  – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga  Camel trekking

After breakfast We will pick you up, and start our journey . Then drive to the south via Ifrane “The Moroccan Switzerland” and Azrou through the Middle Atlas mountains. Then on the way we will stop at the cedar forests to see the Barbarian Apes in their natural habitat. Travelling through the Tizi Ntalghamt pass to Midelt and along the magnificent Ziz Gorges carved through volcanic rock, you’ll see views of the Middle-Atlas plateau and the scenery changing to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the city of Errachidia. Then after lunch we’ll continue our journey through the Ziz Valley to Erfoud, Rissani and Merzouga. Then after a glass of mint tea, we’ll leave our luggage in a safe room then take a camel ride to a Berber camp in the middle of the Erg Chebbi Sand Dunes. In fact they are the highest sand dunes in North Africa. In the first place, The camel trek takes about 1hr 30 min from to the camp where we will set up in the Berber tents for our night in the desert. So the tents are well equipped with mattresses, blankets, and cushions. Finally after dinner we will gather around the fire and enjoy the sound of traditional Berber drums under the stars.

3rd Day : Merzouga – Toudra gorge – Dades valley 

We will wake up early to enjoy a magnificent sunrise on the dunes and having breakfast. Then take a camel ride back to the hotel or riad . continuing our journey passing through Rissani Market,Arfoud to Tinghir and the Todra Gorges , arriving to the Dades Valley where we will have dinner and spend the night.

4th Day : Dades valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait ben Haddou – Marrakech 

After breakfast we’ll drive through the Dades Valley towards Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate. Since the route through the Dades Valley is the way of the thousand Kasbahs, it provides numerous photo opportunities. Afterwards we’ll visit the Roses valley and Skoura village. Then continue to Ouarzazat, “the Hollywood of Africa”. Then lunch is at the famous Ait Ben Haddou kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco. So after touring this UNESCO World Heritage site, our journey will continue through the majestic Tizi nTichka pass. Reaching an altitude of 2260 m, over the High Atlas Mountains , stop to enjoy the impressive views and visit the argan oil cooperative. Then we will arrive in Marrakech late afternoon, The end of our services.
