5-Day Northern Morocco Tour: Casablanca to Fes

This 5-day tour takes you on an unforgettable journey through northern Morocco, starting in Casablanca and ending in Fes. You will visit the capital city Rabat, explore the coastal charm of Asilah, discover the vibrant city of Tangier, wander through the blue streets of Chefchaouen, and explore the historical treasures of Meknes and Volubilis. The tour concludes with a guided exploration of Fes before returning to Casablanca.

Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat – Asilah

Upon arrival at Casablanca airport, you will be welcomed and transferred into the city. In Casablanca, you will visit the impressive Hassan II Mosque, the largest mosque outside Mecca.

Afterward, you will continue to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, where you will visit the Hassan Tower and explore the Oudaya Kasbah.

The journey then continues along the scenic Atlantic coast to Asilah. This charming town is famous for its annual art festival, during which artists from around the world decorate the walls of the Medina. You will visit the Skalla Fortress, offering stunning views of the ocean and the Medina.

Day 2: Asilah – Tangier – Chefchaouen

After breakfast, you will travel towards Chefchaouen, one of the most beautiful towns in Morocco, located in the Rif Mountains.

Along the way, you will pass through Tangier, where you will visit Achakar Beach and the famous Hercules Cave. Afterward, you will continue through the scenic Rif Mountains to reach Chefchaouen in the afternoon.

Once there, you will explore the town, including Outa El Hammam Square and its beautiful blue-painted Medina.

Day 3: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

After breakfast, you will depart for Volubilis, where you will explore the well-preserved Roman ruins.

Next, you will visit the holy town of Moulay Idriss, an important pilgrimage site in Morocco. Then continue to Meknes, where you will explore its historical sites, including the Tomb of Moulay Ismail, Sahrij Souani, Lahdim Square, and Bab Mansour Gate.

After some time to explore the souks and relax in a local café, you will continue your journey to Fes.

Overnight stay in a traditional riad with breakfast included.

Day 4: Guided Tour of Fes

After breakfast, you will meet your local guide for a full-day exploration of Fes.

You will discover the ancient Medina, famous souks, narrow cobbled streets, historic mosques, and traditional architecture. The visit includes some of the most beautiful palaces and monuments in the city.

You will also visit the famous tanneries and a ceramics cooperative to experience traditional Moroccan craftsmanship.

Overnight stay in a riad with breakfast included.

Day 5: Fes – Casablanca

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Casablanca airport according to your flight schedule.
